She is a lady in my apartment complex and couldn't be more qualified than I could have hoped. Her last job was tending two twin year old boys in Park City from 6 weeks to 3 years old. She is a certified and former Montessori teacher, loves kids and is taking this job for something to do, not as a primary income (basically she will give us a really good deal we just need to make her an offer).
She had a foot accident that didn't allow her to leave her apartment for 6 months so she needed to quit her last job. The timing is perfect because it will start getting cold soon so she won't need to go outside with B anyway.
As a bonus the twins she took care of had reflux so she is fine dealing with that as well. Phew.
I'm feeling pretty good about her. I need to check a few more things with her and schedule-wise and we should be good to go.
This is so much better than doing daycare (and cheaper).I hope this pans through but I guess we will see - fingers crossed!
Besides, who wouldn't want to hangout with my little snuggle monster?!... Even at 2:40 am :)
